Concentrate Production Lines 1,2,3 (Taghliz)

The operation of Lines 1 and 2, with a nominal capacity of 2.4 million tonnes per year, began in 1994. With approval from the Economic Council and through development and optimization efforts, the production capacity of these lines was increased to 3.5 million tonnes per year. In 2002, with the construction of Concentrate Production Line 3, which had a capacity of 2 million tonnes per year, the company’s total concentrate production reached 6 million tonnes annually.

In this plant, iron ore lumps from the mine, with a grade of 50%, are crushed in a gyratory crusher to a size of 200 mm, then enter the production lines. Through the production process, they are transformed into iron ore concentrate with a grade of over 67% and a particle size of 600 microns. More than 530 people are directly employed in these production lines.

The contract for the operation, supply of parts and equipment, as well as the maintenance and repair of these production lines, has been in place with Gohar Ravesh Sirjan Company since March 2000.
