Overview
Gohar Ravesh Sirjan Company, with 25 years of experience, is the largest operator of iron ore concentrate production lines in the country. It was officially registered in 1999 with a technical and engineering approach. The company operates in the fields of processing iron ore concentrate and pellet production for the Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Company. It also excels in the maintenance and supply of spare parts for concentrate production lines, setting annual production records and shining like a brilliant gem in the industry and mining sector.
In line with long-term collaborations with the Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Company, the company has always aimed to provide the most efficient operational, maintenance, repair, and commercial services to its clients in optimal timeframes and at reasonable costs. Additionally, to produce and manufacture its strategic parts, the company has established Tanbour Steel Foundry and Omran Ravesh Sanat Company as manufacturing and support workshops.
This company is also active in the construction of iron ore concentrate production plants through EPC contracts. At present, it is responsible for all stages, including equipment procurement, construction, installation, and operation of a hematite recovery plant, the specifications of which are detailed on the company’s website.
The company’s operational unit, relying on the technical and specialized capabilities of its experienced and dedicated workforce, is active in areas such as maintenance and repair of HPGR, Ball Mill, and SAG Mill grinders; maintenance and repair of various conveyors, including Belt and Chain Conveyors; gearbox repairs; execution of Piping Systems; installation and commissioning of industrial equipment; repair and modification of various feed chutes; maintenance of hydraulic systems; repair of various magnetic separators, disc filters, and belt filters; maintenance and repair of pumps and rotating equipment; and major repairs of gyratory, jaw, and cone crushers. To date, it has maintained an excellent track record.
The technical office of Gohar Ravesh provides services in reverse engineering of industrial parts, supervision of the manufacturing of ordered parts, dimensional inspections, quality control of manufactured parts, and supplying technical information and analyses required by various units. With the help of specialized personnel and laboratory and measurement tools, it also undertakes estimation, supervision, and execution of industrial projects in PC and EPC formats. A successful example is the supply and implementation of the dust collection project for the Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Complex’s Concentrate Plant.
The company’s electrical and instrumentation unit is another successful department. In addition to carrying out major projects such as the complete automation of a 500-meter conveyor belt at the Gol Gohar site, this unit is involved in areas such as the installation, commissioning, and calibration of various industrial instruments; installation and commissioning of Siemens and ABB PLCs; installation and commissioning of medium and low-voltage electrical panels; maintenance and repair of medium- and low-voltage electric motors; and installation and commissioning of various industrial drives.
Due to sanctions, the control program for the cone crushers of the fourth production line (Polycams), which was exclusively under the control of SANDVIK, created numerous problems for this production unit. The programming and control activities of the PLC were replaced by the specialized personnel of the electrical and instrumentation unit, removing the monopoly.
The control system of the Concentrate Plant, initially implemented by ABB, was updated last year by the company’s specialists and upgraded to the new 800 series control system.
The company’s commercial unit has extensive experience in sourcing parts for pelletizing, hematite, and concentrate plants, as well as Polycams and production lines 5, 6, and 7. This unit, leveraging a motivated and specialized team, has played a crucial role in achieving the company’s macro goals by providing timely and high-quality spare parts.
The warehouse and procurement unit, as one of the largest support units, has managed to operate around the clock using modern software for cataloging goods. It currently holds more than 16,000 items. Its experienced staff have efficiently handled all processes, from receiving goods to delivery, meeting the needs of factories and ongoing construction projects.
The company’s industrial transport unit, by hiring skilled and trained personnel and purchasing 35 different types of industrial machinery—including 8 cranes ranging from 3 to 150 tons, 12 forklifts, industrial vacuums, loaders, excavators, dump trucks, and haulers—has played a significant role in operations. By maximizing the useful lifespan of equipment and machinery, enhancing reliability and efficiency, and reducing unexpected repairs and costs, it has shown consistent growth.
